About Us

ORGANIZATION BACKGROUND AND INFORMATION

The Diamond Duster organization is one of the oldest Fastpitch youth organizations in the State of Washington. We were established in 1986 and have provided a strong learning environment for over 30 years.

Diamond Dusters are managed by a Board of Directors and supported by parents, community members and businesses who share our vision.

The Diamond Duster organization is dedicated to the academic, athletic and social growth of each student-athlete. Diamond Duster Athletics contributes to educational and personal growth of young women by developing the positive attributes of dedication, discipline, responsibility, cooperation, self-confidence, leadership and citizenship.

Our vision is to assist our student athletes in becoming leaders by teaching leadership traits and  supporting their educational goals thru athletics and the sport of Fastpitch.

The Diamond Dusters has a history of athletes who are life-long learners in a global society. They hold each other accountable to the learning process and their success. They foster innovation, creativity and flexibility in their environments. Diamond Dusters adapt and overcome as necessary to take advantage of every opportunity presented to them. We are open-minded problem solvers who are able to manage conflicts proactively and effectively.

The Diamond Dusters offer the young ladies in our community an opportunity to be successful on and off the field. We provide them an environment where they are a first priority, where they are the focus and where they are given an opportunity to grow and flourish.
